Honey Milk.060 is defined as a polish topper, and it is part of the PI Colors Honey Collection released March 18, 2020.

The Honey Collection includes two nail polish sheer toppers, Honey Milk.060 (shown in this article) and Honey Bee.060, a whipped sugar scrub, handmade artisan soap, cuticle butter, and cuticle oil.

Honey Milk.060 has a milky, creamy beeswax-like base color and is filled with iridescent flakies and gold shimmer.

This polish will become opaque with three coats, but it was designed as a topper and it looks really good as a single-coat sheer, which is how it is modeled in this article.

What to know when wearing Honey Milk.060:

PI Colors specializes in the color itself, meaning you will have to pair your favorite color with your favorite base coat and top coat. They currently do not make a Base or Top Coat which is totally fine, since there are a ton of good choices on the market already.

In these Honey Milk.060 swatches, Barielle Hydrating Ridge Filler Base Coat and OPI RapiDry Quick Drying Top Coat are paired.

Below are a few swatches featuring one-coat of Honey Milk.060:

Now about the brand:

PI Colors is based on the mathematical idea of pi - a number that is never ending, never repeats and is considered a transcendental number by mathematicians.

Transcendental numbers are not algebraic because they are not the root of any polynomial.

There are only a few transcendental numbers in all math, making these numbers unique among the pack.

Likewise, PI Colors offers unique polish possibilities and they really shine with their smooth creams and diverse sheers and toppers, like Honey Milk.060.

Lots of Lacquer is East Coast based and despite the difference in distance, we found their shipping to be quick and reliable.

They are also 10-free and vegan, meaning that their formulas are not tested on animals, and their nail polish base is formulated without the following chemicals: Formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, camphor, formaldehyde resin, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, parabens, phthalates, artificial fragrances.

For those with nut allergies you are in luck with this brand - their polishes are formulated in a different facility than their body products, and source ingredients are not crossed.

While their body products do contain nut oils, such as tamanu oil and sweet almond oil, their polishes don’t, so this is a nut allergy friendly polish brand, too.

Those are just a few reasons why this brand is unique, the origins and philosophy behind this creation give you a bit about what you can expect from shopping with PI Colors.

Overall, Honey Milk.060 makes a pretty sheer, dries quickly and adds a delicate pastel yellow touch to any collection.

You’d be hard pressed to find anything else quite like this on the market, and it’s a go-to for that “done but not too done” manicure look.
