SNS Nails is a nail dipping powder brand that offers a comprehensive line of dip powders for all your at-home manicure needs.

Dipping is also known as color dip or dip powder.

It is a process of doing your nails using colored powders and liquid solutions that bond nail color to your nail bed, for a long-lasting finish.

When you dip your nails with SNS Nails supplies, you apply a base liquid to the nail and dip your nails into a clear foundation powder.

Then, you reapply the base liquid, and dip your nails into a color powder of your choice. Repeat this process once more for two coats of color.

Then, you apply an activator fluid over the base liquid and powders on the nail. The activator fluid hardens the base and color powders to the nail.

After the activator sets, buff the nails. Using a heavy-duty file, sculpt the powder into the shape you like best on your nail.

Once the color powder is sculpted into the shape you like, apply the activator fluid again and finish with the dip powder top coat.

Dipping your nails takes 1-2 attempts to get the process down. The learning curve is short and the sculpting process of buffing the hardened powder into a nail shape you like can be fun.

The main differences between dip powders and regular lacquer, is that with dip powders:

• You apply the liquid solution and color separately

• The manicures they create typically last longer on the nail

It’s a bright, hot pink cream - definitely a “Barbiecore” nail polish. In some lighting the finish is jelly-like. It is brighter on the nail than it appears in the jar.

All in all, Flamenco Dress is a cheerful bright pink dip powder that’s easy to apply. It would be a nice color to experiment with in a pink French tip manicure.
