Lisbon Wants Moor OPI (NLL16) was first released in 2018 as part of the Lisbon Collection.

This color is an opaque blush light pink, that offers full coverage in two coats, which is pretty impressive for light pink nail color shades. 

Light pinks and other similar lighter toned colors often require three coats for full coverage, which can add significant time to the window needed to complete your manicure or pedicure.

As a two coat light pink, this color steps into the Hall of Nail Polish Fame next to Let’s Be Friends! which is another two coat opaque light pink from OPI that we’ll compare with this color below.

When it comes to application, Lisbon Wants Moor OPI offers creamy lacquer that glides nicely over the nail, and it self-levels. If your brush accidentally applied too much lacquer in one area, wait a few minutes and watch it even out as it dries. 

This color is neither thick nor chunky. It is also not chalky as some lighter toned polishes can be.

To get Lisbon Wants Moor OPI to set nicely, simply give it plenty of time to dry between coats and keep your cuticle brush handy, to dip it in acetone at the end of your manicure, to smooth out any uneven application lines near the cuticle line.
